e_sunity
Photovoltaic energy that enhances your building every day
What if your co‑ownership gained autonomy without complexity?
Offer your building a source of clean, local, and sustainable energy. With e_sunity, your residence reduces its costs, gains autonomy, and increases the value of its property — without complexity, without surprises.
We design, install, and optimise your solar installation from A to Z. You benefit from a reliable, scalable solution perfectly adapted to co‑ownership life.
Thanks to available subsidies, their pre‑financing, and the possibility of financial leasing without initial investment, your project becomes more accessible than ever.
Result: an intelligent investment, immediately profitable for residents.
Why a photovoltaic installation in your residence?
Sustainably reduce common charges
By producing locally the electricity for your essential needs (lighting, parking, elevators…), your residence reduces its costs while controlling its consumption. This renewable energy lowers your bills, limits exposure to tariff fluctuations, and contributes to a more sustainable building. Result: savings, comfort, and long‑term security for co‑owners.
Benefit from attractive subsidies
Thanks to Klimabonus aid, municipal subsidies, and the pre‑financing system for residential buildings, the initial investment is greatly reduced because you do not have to advance the subsidy amounts. This accessibility makes the photovoltaic project easier to approve for co‑owners and saves time, even in a tight budget context.
Prepare your building for tomorrow
By combining your photovoltaic installation with a battery, an energy‑management system, or the creation of an energy community, you maximise self‑consumption and intelligently control your usage. Consumption peaks are smoothed, dependence on the grid decreases, and your building gains in energy performance, autonomy, and property value.

What subsidies are available?
The Luxembourg State supports homeowners who invest in a photovoltaic installation through the Klimabonus programme, which contributes to national decarbonisation objectives.
To be eligible, the installation must:
- be located in Luxembourg on a residential building (single‑family home or co‑ownership),
- have a capacity of at least 2 kWp and operate in self‑consumption,
- be carried out by an approved installer,
- be a new installation or an extension of an existing one.
Currently, two subsidy schemes are available: the new pre‑financing scheme and the classic procedure (see below).
What are the differences between the 2 Klimabonus subsidy schemes?
Classic scheme – without pre‑financing | New scheme – with pre‑financing | |
|---|---|---|
Amount of aid | 50% of investment costs (€37,500 max. with battery) | Depends on the installed system capacity (€12,250 max. with battery) |
Battery only | Not eligible | Possible |
Waiting period | About 10 to 12 months before payment | No waiting: deducted directly from the installer’s invoice |
Feed‑in tariff | Compensation linked to the monthly market price | Compensation linked to the monthly market price |
Power range | 3 kWp to 30 kWp | From 2 kWp, no maximum limit |
Deadline | Offers signed until 4 March 2026 | Offers signed until 31 December 2031 |
In some municipalities, local subsidies can be combined.

There is no exact answer, as the amortisation period depends on many factors: system size and orientation, roof configuration, local sunshine conditions, panel and inverter models, and your electricity consumption (the higher it is, the more savings you will make).
In Luxembourg, considering available subsidies, a typical residential installation is usually amortised in about 4 to 7 years for a single‑family home, far below the expected lifespan of a photovoltaic system.
Using specialised software, electris can simulate your situation by combining your historical consumption data, estimated production based on average sunlight in Luxembourg and your building's configuration, to accurately assess the financial interest of your project before it begins.
Yes, in most cases it is more advantageous to declare the installation in self‑consumption mode rather than under the guaranteed feed‑in tariff. This reduces your electricity bill, limits your exposure to grid fluctuations and still allows you to valorise your surplus by injecting it into the grid.
In Luxembourg, self‑consumption installations benefit from preferential subsidies such as Klimabonus and other municipal aids.
electris supports you in analysing your needs and choosing the most suitable configuration.
Operating costs are low compared to the energy savings generated (annual costs <1% of investment). Although photovoltaic technology is mature and reliable, regular monitoring and appropriate maintenance are recommended to ensure optimal long‑term performance.
Through its preventive and corrective maintenance services, electris ensures the proper functioning of your installation throughout its lifecycle. Checks and interventions are carried out at an appropriate frequency based on the system’s actual condition and operational needs.
This approach preserves performance, reliability and durability while avoiding unnecessary and costly interventions.
