• Annual preventive maintenance: a comprehensive inspection to check the condition of your terminals, prevent breakdowns, and produce a reliable and actionable report.

• Troubleshooting: 24/7 support service and, if necessary, technician intervention within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Intelligent monitoring and reporting: annual report based on usage, consumption, and performance data.

• Cost control: advantageous pricing conditions on manpower and repairs, with two repair visits included each year.

Promotion ”Clever primes”

In order to support the transition to electric mobility and ensure the autonomy of electric vehicles in Luxembourg, the government is offering a subsidy program for the installation of private charging stations.

What is subsidized and who is affected?

Individuals, owners, or users of an eligible parking space (private house or apartment)

New charging station

Location situated on Luxembourg territory

Maximum charging power limited to 11 kW and installed by a professional electrician

Only one parking space per user within the same building

No financial assistance will be provided for charging stations intended for commercial use or resale. More information at klima-agence.lu

1-3 parking spaces

Charging station: Simple

Subsidy: 50% of the cost (excluding VAT) up to €750

Applicant: Property owner

1-3 parking spaces

Charging station: Smart

Subsidy: 50% of the cost (excluding VAT) up to €1,200

≤ 4 parking spaces

Charging station: Smart

Subsidy: 50% of the cost (excluding VAT)

Applicant: Tenant, property manager (building manager)

≥ 4 parking spaces

Charging station: In a collective smart charging management system

Subsidy: 50% of the cost (excluding VAT) up to €1,650

Setting up your residence

We start with an on-site home check to fully understand your residence and determine the most suitable solution. We then take care of the technical study, personalized proposal, and complete installation of the charging stations, carried out by our certified teams.

Once the charging stations are in place, we activate, configure, and verify that the entire infrastructure is working properly. Finally, you will receive the invoice and pre-filled forms to benefit from government subsidies.
