electris remains the owner of the installations for the entire duration of the e_serenity contract. At the end of the contract, you automatically become the owner of all the equipment for the symbolic sum of €1, with no additional steps.
Yes, this is possible. You may terminate the contract at any time by paying the remaining rentals, including the interest due.
Fees limited to 3% of the remaining amount may apply to cover administrative costs. As the system belongs to you, if you wish to have it dismantled, this service will be billed separately.
Yes, maintenance is included. With e_serenity, you benefit from regular preventive maintenance (annual or biannual depending on your installation) to ensure the performance, reliability and safety of your equipment.
If needed, an initial remote diagnosis is always carried out free of charge. If an on-site intervention is required, you benefit from 2 breakdown service visits included per year.
If repairs are required (outside warranty or insurance coverage), they are carried out only with your agreement, based on a clear quotation. Parts under warranty or incidents covered by insurance are handled at no additional cost.
e_serenity installations are insured against major material risks, including:
