electris remains the owner of the installations for the entire duration of the e_serenity contract. At the end of the contract, you automatically become the owner of all the equipment for the symbolic sum of €1, with no additional steps.
Yes. Early exit is possible at any time by buying back the remaining payments, with deduction of unaccrued interest. A limited penalty, generally between 0.5% and 1%, may apply depending on the remaining duration of the contract.
Yes. e_serenity includes guaranteed preventive maintenance, with an annual or biannual visit depending on the type of equipment (photovoltaic, charging stations, batteries, heat pumps).
This maintenance includes visual, electrical, functional and safety checks, as well as thorough tests. In case of failure due to normal wear, electris ensures repair or replacement of components at no additional cost.
e_serenity installations are insured against major material risks, including:
• weather damage (storm, hail, frost, lightning)
• fire, explosion and water damage
• overvoltage and electrical incidentss
• vandalism, theft and malicious acts
• material or manufacturing defects
This coverage guarantees service continuity and eliminates unforeseen financial risks.
Yes. Luxembourg legislation allows the transfer of aid and subsidies to electris for leasing‑type installations such as e_serenity. These aids are directly deducted from the quote, which proportionally reduces your monthly payments.
